PIONEER CLUB: Ages 2 years thru 5th grade !!!
Pioneer Clubs members and leaders at Wendell United Methodist Church will begin having Pioneer Club each Sunday evening from 4:30 to 6:00 PM beginning September 19, 2010.
Pioneer Club is a proven church-sponsored club program for today’s kids, preschool through elementary school. Each week this Christ-centered program integrates spiritual and personal development to help boys and girls build healthy relationships with caring Christian adults, peers, and most importantly, Christ.
Thousands of churches choose Pioneer Clubs for its application-oriented inductive Bible study, Scripture memory, life skills development, and emphasis on discipleship and outreach. Pioneer Clubs has been meeting the changing needs of children with an unchanging message since 1939.

October 30th 6-8 PM: Harvest Festival
Our Harvest Festival is going to be a little different this year! Mark your calendars for October 30th from 6-8 PM and come enjoy some brunswick stew made by our UMM and participate in Trunk-or-Treat!
What is trunk-or-treat? This is where church members decorate the trunks of their cars, back them up to the church, and provide candy as children trunk-or-treat from car to car! It is always a lot of fun and we will have prizes for the most creative trunk! Trunks can be decorated in any theme so let your imagination run wild!
Our goal this year is 25 trunks! We can do it! If you are interested please let Jessica know (261-9289 or jlwatt2000@gmail.com. This is a safe alternative for our community and a great way to introduce Wendell UMC to those without a church home.
This is our 8th year! Let’s make it the best yet!
