Just For Visitors If you are new to this website here is what you can expect when you visit us at Wendell United Methodist Church. Who We Are The congregation here consists of a wide range of different people, from all ages and different backgrounds. Whoever you are you are assured a very warm welcome at Wendell United Methodist Church. When to Arrive If this will be your first time visiting Wendell United Methodist Church it’s probably best to arrive around 8:35 am for Early Worship Service and 10:50 am for the 11:00 am Service. There will be greeters at the door to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. They will also give you a Sunday bulletin so you will have some information about our church and upcoming events. What to Wear That’s easy...wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We accept people as they are, no need to dress up and pretend to be someone you are not! If you would rather attend a less formal service then our 8:45 am Early Worship Service on Sunday may be for you. Early Morning Worship Service is held in the Fellowship Hall and is a Contemporary Worship service. For Those With Disabilities Don’t let the big staircase in front of our church scare you away. We have an elevator to accommodate those of you who can’t climb the stairs. Is it just Sundays? Absolutely not! God is with us all week long and we aim to lead lives pleasing to him. See our Programs Page for more detailed information about small groups, Bible study classes and other activities you might be interested in. Small groups are a great way to get to know others in the church and to be real with each other about everyday living. It doesn’t matter if you are just looking into Christianity for the first time, or if you have been a Christian your entire life, you are welcome to join our small group classes. Nursery Care Provided There is nursery care provided at both Sunday Services.
